Yield: approx. 10 pts 4 qts peeled and crushed tomatoes Mix ingredients together. Taste for saltiness, cilantro level and heat. (This requires at least 1/2 a bag of tortilla chips) Adjust seasonings if necessary. Fill pint jars according to canning instructions and process 40 minutes in a water bath or 10 minutes @ 5# pressure in a pressure canner. |
