Citrus Vinaigrette

¼  c fresh orange juice
¼ c fresh lemon juice
¼ c olive oil
¼ tsp sugar
¼  tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Using a food processor or blender, combine the juices and salt, pepper and sugar and slowly blend in oil until incorporated. The vinaigrette will keep, tightly covered, for a week in the refrigerator. Makes ¾ cup.
