Pesto 2 c. loosely packed sweet basil or parsley or a
combination of both Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Freeze in ice cube trays and store in zipper bags in freezer until needed. Great as a dip, spread on crusty bread and broiled or grilled or added to Cheese Tortellini Toss or Pizza soup for extra flavor. * replace the raw nuts with Roasted Nuts for a nuttier, richer flavor |
