great with chips, salsa and a side of jalapenos

Yield: 1 ½ c – quantities can easily be increased

½ c mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
½ c plain, non-fat yogurt
1 c (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, undrained
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
2 T chopped scallion 

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese in melted.
